My name is Melissa, I live in Norfolk,Virginia.  I have been cruising since I was 18, and have been addicted to it ever since.  I now own my own Travel Agency and absolutely love it.  Why?  Because I love to make sure that each and every one of my clients are taken care of, not only from the time that they make that first call, but, forever after.  I am a "Cruise Specialist" what does that mean?  It means that I assist in planning your dream vacation and completely make sure that all of your wants and needs on a vacation are taken care of prior to you even sailing.  Have you ever felt like once you have given your deposit to an agent that you never hear from them again until final payment is due?  Have you ever been placed on a cruise ship that maybe wasn't to your standards?
